Airplay broken with new Homekit architecture despite reseting all speakers

This has been another major issue for us with little to no official remedy from Sonos.

Homekit requires this back end update for certain accessories and is in current IOS (non-beta) software.

Sonos’ only suggestion is resetting all speakers and re-adding (major timesink) which we’ve done twice, only to have the issue return.

Any help from the team or ETA on a fix?

Hi @E_Wok,

I don’t see any cases under the email on your profile that relates to this issue, however Factory Resetting is usually the last step in the troubleshooting process.

I would recommend you reach back out to our support team, and provide them with your case number if you have been given one, for further troubleshooting or any potential next steps they can perform, as they have the necessary tools available to troubleshoot this for you.
