I recently faced a frustrating issue with my Sonos system. I had to reset my router, speakers, and start all over. Now, after I select my speakers and add them to the setup, when I click "APPLY," my sound is gone. Can anyone explain why? I regret updating the app; this is a nightmare and is making me reconsider ever buying Sonos products again.
This experience reminds me of a recent installation we did at work with an touchscreen monitor industrial. The setup was seamless and user-friendly, which is in stark contrast to my current Sonos ordeal. If only Sonos could make their setup process as straightforward as configuring an industrial touch screen display, it would save a lot of hassle for users like me.
