After this terrible new app update, my setup has gone to hell!

I had to reset my router, speakers and start all over. Now after i select my speakers ive added to the setup, after i click "APPLY" my sound is gone. Can anyone explain why? I regret having update the app, this is a nightmare and making me never to buy Sonos products ever again.
