Hi I'm a Sonos partner and system integrator in the uk. we have a Sonos system at a clients house that has a very high level of security on their network, we are having huge issues with latency and the app sometimes taking 2-3 seconds to respond to a comment. I was unable to attend the recent online advanced network course and am unable to find it. can you please generate a case and give me a number so that we can raise this at the integrator - dealer level. many thanks
