it works in Tune In App, won’t work on Sonos app when added there

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble playing radio on your Sonos system.

Does the radio station show in the Sonos app but not play or does it just not show at all? For some basic troubleshooting, I’d suggest following our support article for adding Radio URLs to Sonos, I would suggest making sure that the station is part of your favourites in the TuneIn app. If it is, then re-authorize TuneIn in the Sonos app by tapping the profile icon → Content Services → TuneIn (New) → account → Reauthorize Account.

Are you running an S1 system? This stream is not compatible with S1, only S2, likely due to its certificate or TLS version.
