I cannot add speakers or play at   I sign out and back in and still cannot add. Just keep getting the prompt to dign out and back in

Not sure why this would be the case. I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
