I have a Sonos Connect box with S2 apps, on Windows, Android and iOS. Music library is on a QNAP NAS, but cannot be added anymore. Library has always worked fine, but with upgrade to S2 we had to remove the connection, now it cannot be added again. No matter what we try, and believe me, I have tried everything I could find on the Internet, it keeps on giving me an error 1002. Firewalls are OK (Norton Antivirus at Windows), systems are set to SMBV2-3, shared folder permissions are OK for all involved users ...
Is this just another issue that belongs to the “S2” disaster upgrade, and if so, when could we expect a solution for this ?
Any idea, tip, hint, things to consider would be greatly appreciated …
PS: shared folders on my Windows computer can be added, but the big library is at our NAS ...
