Adding BBC Sounds app

I can’t add BBC Sounds to my Sonos Era 100 set. I’ve checked country settings (UK), have updated, reset and restarted app. I can see BBC Sounds in the list, but getting an error message after approving the app on the BBC site. Any tips?! Thanks!

Try a reboot of your Sonos, and your router. If that doesn’t work, call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
