adding bbc sounds

Ive tried adding bbc sounds to my system. But it doesn't even show on the app as a service i can add. I've added my address to the account to let it know im in the UK. Can someone give me a step by step guide ideally with screen grabs cos im completely stuck. I must be missing something.

I seem to recall a post that said it takes a short while for authorisations to filter through.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting BBC Sounds to show on your system.

    What ​@nik9669a says is correct, it can take a few minutes (sometimes take up to an hour) for changes to your account on Sonos.com to process. A quick way to force the changes would be to reboot your Sonos system by powering them off for one to two minutes, then powering them back on.

    Make sure your full address is listed on your profile then reboot your Sonos system and device running the Sonos app. If it still isn’t showing, please contact our support team for further troubleshooting assistance.
