Accessing music library

I have recently updated my Sonos app to S2; unfortunately Sonos S1 is also no longer working.  Neither of these applications allows me to access my i-tunes library and play lists.  I see on Reddit, Sonos communities and other pages that this is a common problem.  When will Sonos be rectifying this issue?

Not sure what situation you’re experiencing. I’m using S2 to play my iTunes lists every day. They’re stored on an NAS, not my Mac, but as far as I’m aware, Sonos doesn’t have any issues, even when they are stored on a computer hard drive, as long as the network access has been set up properly, as instructed in the FAQ

Can you provide more information about your system, and what error you’re seeing? It may not hurt to provide some links to those posts you say you’re reading. And honestly, I’d call Sonos Support to discuss you concerns, rather than just posting here in this public forum, since Sonos support doesn’t ‘work’ in this area.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
