Hi, I can’t access any bbc station via the voice assistant.
My sonos set up is in the UK
I have deinstalled and reinstalled the bbc sounds app
it is on my favourites
Sonos, frustratingly can not find any BBC radio station.
can anyone help?

Have you checked that your Sonos account at www.sonos.com is set up properly with location data? Sonos does use that data to ‘filter’ what is shown to you when adding services in the controller. If you’ve left the address information blank for some reason, the system wouldn’t understand what to show you.
