A few updates ago that, individual songs from Apple Music no longer show up on recently played. Albums and playlists show just fine. I have removed and re-added my Apple Music account, but this did not fix this. Is anyone else seeing this?

Thanks for reporting this behaviour - I was able to replicate it in my own testing and have reported it.

We will investigate, but I have no estimate for when a fix might be put in place. I will inform you here when I hear more.

Same happens to Amazon Music Stations since day 1 of the new app.
