Switch to a Sonos app that is actually designed for Windows 10 perhaps? Search the Store, try what you find 🙂

Same issue here. Worked fine but on upgrade prog sits at splash screen.

I had exactly the same issue after I upgraded to Windows 10 Creators Update.

Turned out to be a "duelling firewall" issue. Basically, the "new and improved" Windows Firewall was causing issues with my third-party firewall. I uninstalled my third-party firewall, and the Sonos app now starts correctly.

Hello Mezza, welcome to the community. Have you checked your firewall configuration as suggested by NZRunner? Is the controller application working on other devices in the household? Let us know.
