Hi there,When I Open the windows APP, no speakers are showing and it asks to update.
I click update.
On the PC (Windows 11) the update says it has failed.
I check the IOS app and it says there is no updates available.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the PC app. I still get the same issues. Any ideas ? Many thanks.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!
You mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling, but if you installed the latest version it wouldn’t ask for an update. Did you download the latest S2 software from our Download the Sonos app page? Downloading and installing should bypass any in-app update issue.

The fact no speakers were showing in the App initially infers there might be a communication issue with the network - is the local network set as public rather than private - see this support link albeit it refers to Windows 10:
Also check or switch off (temporarily) the local Firewall/security software on the PC to see if that might be causing the issue and if so, then investigate the matter further. See this link:
