If I did my job as badly as your app developers, I’d be sacked that same day. Utter useless rubbish, wasting my time 5 times a day. I can’t believe the incompetence.

It is a shame you feel that way. The app is just a remote control for the system and I have been using it without problems for years, as have millions of users.

You clearly are having significant problems but your frustration is currently misdirected. 

You need to call Sonos Support or describe your problems on here. The solution will be specific to your system, not from fixing bugs in the software. 


Try a third party app instead of something in the official app that somehow offends you so deeply.
