When will the Sonos nightmare stop

I spent a good part of the weekend re setting up all my components. I get an overnight Sonos App update and it can’t find my system or any components?????? Sonos you are an f ing disaster.

Issue is now fixed but I can’t believe how many times I have had to setup my existing system. Virtually every product had to be reset to factory default.

What did Sonos Support support say, when you called in?
