When will Spotify and SONOS Fix the alarms so Music playlists or radio plays on alarm chimes?

Losing the will we first reported this in 2021. This function is still not working on my Sonos. I used to play perfectly with free Spotify account.

I bought Sonos speakers for this reason. I feel like I’m due a big refund. Everything has been discontinued over the years. One ceo apology letter this year mass produced for all email subscribers and it still not working.

At this point I need a timeline of fixes which is completely normal in the tech world. All these new speakers are being released with inferior software or apps.

I can set the alarm to different songs or radio and nothing works but the chime. 3 years later and no progress on this fault

Getting the chime instead of music usually points to connection troubles. Could you shed any light on your set up?

My friends set up and family set up also dormant work definetely not connection issue. Sonos have admitted to the fault. It used to work fine until they launched the new app software during Covid
