I have just run the v10.2 update and aside from it completely messing up the integration and control between Sonos, Spotify and Alexa which i've now sorted after 2 hours of trying to put back to how it was.
The option to turn off the wake chime seems to have now disappeared from the Sonos app, has this function now been removed?

Under room settings and voice services sub menus.
