Using Sonos/speakers as Intercom

Since sonos has access to microphone on ios devices. It would be a great idea to add a feature where i can record a message on the app and send it to a dedicated room. Sometimes when im in the kitchen cooking and i want to let my kids to come and eat, I would like to announce it through the play 1 that is in their the room rather than shout it out. :8

    Not exactly the same as you are asking but it is pretty common in integrated systems to have a button or some other trigger that will pause the music (if any is playing) on some or all Sonos zone players and make a pre-determined announcement then continue the music.
