I get this warning when I try to play music from my iTunes library stored on my iMac and iPhone. Tried phoning was kept waiting for half and hour then cut off, phoned again, kept waiting another half an hour then cut off! Help please!

And if that doesn't, it might be helpful to submit a system diagnostic and post the number here. It would give the folks at Sonos a snapshot of your system and any errors that may have occurred in the 10 minutes before you submit it. Possibly help them in helping you.
