Unable to load pcdcr.dll

After working fine suddenly I can’t load the S2 Controller due to the “Unable to load pcdcr.dll” error.

Running Windows 11 on an MS Surface Pro so ARM 64 processor.

Have uninistalled (and deleted any remaining Sonos inc folders as advised in previous solutions) but it won’t work.

Does anyone have any ideas?
