I have recently discovered the joy of Great Lives podcasts, I notice there are a number missing from 2015/16/17. They are available if you go to the Tunein website but I cannot find them under podcasts on the Sonos 1 PC app….any idea’s…?

Perhaps check with TuneIn? Sonos doesn’t have any control over what the TuneIn (or other services, for that matter) present to the Sonos system. All Sonos has is a server address that they point to.
And frankly, 95% of TuneIn is much the same, most of what they ‘serve’ isn’t their own content, so you may need to ask the company that hosts this podcast, if it isn’t TuneIn.
