Trueplay not showing up as an option on SONOS 2 App

I have 1 “Playbar” and 2 “Play:1” speakers. The instructions for using the Trueplay function for SONOS  S2 App Version 12.1.1 latest update as of 10-16-2020 is as follows. 

  1. From the Settings tab, tap System and then select the speaker you wish to tune.
  2. Tap Trueplay > Trueplay Tuning and follow the in-app instructions to tune your speaker.

When I tap System and select the speaker I don’t see any option for TruePlay.  All I have for options is “EQ”; “Surround Audio” and “Volume Limit”.  I’ve been all over this App and nowhere is there a “Trueplay

Are you running your controller on an iOS device? That’s the only one that has TruePlay available. 


Running on iOS and tried unsuccessfully with iPhone SE and tried unsuccessfully on iPad Air.  With both, TruePlay doesn’t work
