Trueplay and noise test - never ends

Hi, I’m trying to run the trueplay optimisation but when the noise test starts at the very beginning it seems it never ends. Attached the screenshot. Any advice on how to proceed?

I already followed the basic instructions: no noise in he room, no other open apps, no Bluetooth devices connected…

Hi @Nicola1504, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Could be a connection problem causing the app to hang here - would it be possible to do a full network reboot (reboot your router, followed by Sonos when the WiFi is back online), and then attempt the TruePlay tuning again?

If there’s no change, it may also help to try using a different iPhone or iPad to perform the tuning. Let us know how you get on!
