Why cant I switch user in Sonos like switching between spotify accounts so other familymember can play in Sonos and other be listening on spotify on mobile. Always problem when I am on my mobile and my wife has to use my sonos account and my spotify so therefore music stops and it is frustrating. Is any workaround on this matter
Ask your wife to add her Spotify account to Sonos.

The exact same way you added your Spotify account.
But get your wife to add on her phone. If you use your phone you may find the service is not listed, or it tells you that you already have the service.

Let me share with you the step by step on how to do so.
- Open the Sonos app.
- Go to settings ( on the Sonos app, bottom right).
- Tap on services (3rd option from the top)
- Select add a service ( below music and content).
- Select the music service of the account and follow the prompts.
