On PC i ger acWindows security pop up which I cannot progress beyond and on the app I need to write in the address (browse dors not serm ti be an option). I run S1 system. Is this a Sonos, Synology or network problem?

Thanks.

Done that. Reset NAS and passwords. Can get beyond Windows security bit but the Sonos asks for password again and will not accept it. Any ideas?

That worked for me. I used admin username and password and Sonos is now connected.

Thanks George. It's now working. Changed passwords as you suggested. Also got a friend to fiddke about in the NAS drive settings. All good now and much relieved I had the library fully backed up!
