Syncing multiple phone problems

Hello,

 

I am trying to add my wife’s phone to our Sonos system. All say to:

  1. Open Sonos.
  2. From the Settings. tab, tap Services & Voice.
  3. Under Music & Content, tap Add a Service.
  4. Click on Add to Sonos

The problem is I’m not given the option to Add to Sonos. There are dozens of apps and services to add, but non of them say Sonos except Sonos Radio and that’s not it. Please help. Thanks

Not sure where you got those instructions from.

For your wife to access Sonos on her phone, she needs to download the S2 app onto her phone.

On opening app, when prompted, select Join Existing System.

Then for account login, she would enter the email address/password already being used for the Sonos account.

You are misunderstanding what it takes to run Sonos.  Download the app to her phone, run it, then choose “Connect to an existing system” and follow the prompts.  Since you are able to get to the “Services and Voice” menu, it would appear her phone is already connected to the system.
