Not sure when this happened but last night I tried playing some music from my Sonos favorites (sourced from Amazon) and it wouldn't play. Gave the error "Requested operation failed. Please try again". I went under settings and services to remove and reauth my Amazon account but that didn't fix it. What else can I do?

Hi there. Unfortunate to hear about this issue but rest assured, we can sort this out. As you were not able to resolve this by removing and re-adding your music service, this is likely due to WiFi interference. If after all that, you are still having issues, submit some diagnostics and please respond with the confirmation number. Many thanks.

All my other sources work (Pandora, Sirius, Google Play Music) so I don't think that's the case here. I'll submit a diagnostic and call support when I have time.

There was an Sonos/Alexa partial outage yesterday, can you retest?
