Hi guys, I'm trying to use a remote controller with my Sonos Ray, but nothing works... Tried 3 different remote controllers and all options like moving closers to tv, new batteries etcetera... Help.

The Ray can only function with ir remotes. TV's nowadays mostly use bluetooth and need to be configured to have either the remote or the TV itself emit ir. Could this be where it goes wrong in your case?
