Can someone help me figure why I’m still hearing ads and station intros, I also can’t skip songs - if I do it prompts me to sign up but then if I follow the prompts to sign up - it says I already have an active Sonos radio HD subscription???

I’d contact Sonos support and get them to sort you out.
I did. Thank you. Appears I can skip now - but the radio station I was listening to is not one of their HD/premium stations. Thank you
