I asked Alexa on my Arc to play music from The Beatles, yet, I can’t find the Apple Music playlist that it’s playing on the Apple Music library. Alexa said it would play “The Beatles: Essentials” which has ~30 songs and I’m listening to many more songs (very good) and songs that are not included in any of Apple’s playlists. Could someone help me? I want to add that playlist I’m listening to, but it’s not even allowing me to

So that We can get a better view of the status of your Music services and the Sonos system you have, I’ll ask you to submit a diagnostic report to investigate further what could be causing this issue on why it’s not playing your playlists. You may reply to the thread with the confirmation number to assist you with this issue.

Hi @lufthanso, thanks for the update and for sending a diagnostic report of your Sonos system, upon checking the diagnostic information, all is fine in the Apple Music service on your Sonos system. Kindly try to remove and readd the Apple Music service or reauthorize the Apple Music account on the Sonos App to check if that will work with your Playlist. You may check this article about adding a Music service on Sonos for reference and instructions.
