As the title suggests, when I select an artist and pick a song, something completely different is played by a different artist.
Any ideas??

Sonos palys a different song to what’s selected.

What music service are you using?
If you are using the Prime version of Amazon Music, it’s because Amazon recently changed their Prime music service to not allow you to play specific songs anymore. You have to upgrade to a Amazon Music Unlimited subscription.
Mod edit: Changed “free” to “Prime” as it’s the lowest tier paid service that has changed.
