What music service are you using?

If you are using the Prime version of Amazon Music, it’s because Amazon recently changed their Prime music service to not allow you to play specific songs anymore. You have to upgrade to a Amazon Music Unlimited subscription.

Mod edit: Changed “free” to “Prime” as it’s the lowest tier paid service that has changed.

I guess that’s it then.  What service is recommended?

I personally use Apple Music but this also requires a paid subscription. I believe the free versions of TIDAL and YouTube Music allow you to choose specific songs, but you will also hear some advertisements.

Then explain why it works on the amazon app, I can hear the music but when I select it on the Sonos app it doesn’t work
