Hey there.

My Sonos products are set to update overnight. However, all of my Ones sans one can't be used and marked as "updating" in the app. It's been this way all day. According to this page (https://support.sonos.com/en/article/sonos-led-lights) they should be flashing orange and white. They are not.

I've rebooted my router and unplugged the faulty Ones and plugged them back in. No avail.

Can I just cancel this update? What's going on here?

Update: unplugged my faulty Ones again. One of them is now listed as "not connected" in the app. However, the other still says updating. Even though it's unplugged. I already restarted the app.


There is another thread currently documenting the “updating errors” that many of us are seeing after the Sonos update 15.1. We are awaiting a fix from Sonos support.
