Just subscribed to Free Trial, so 30 days remain for this to work out or then it gets cancelled. 

I get ads - infuriating, on all stations, and I can’t skip tracks so maybe I don’t really have HD sound either.

Read some threads, re-booted all Sonos components, just upgraded to S2, in the app it says Free Subscription activated.  What’s up with that?

Sonos Radio HD is only available via the S2 App - the easy way to tell if you are getting the HD Ad-free version, is there is a label on the Station icon which says ‘Radio HD’

Following up on this.   The ads disappeared later in the day, and now the back, pause and forward controls are working.  Content is clearly labeled as HD.

All looks good, time to check some content.
