I have albums where 2 or more tracks segue into each other. In iTunes they are separate songs but when Sonos imports them it imports as separate songs but also, separately, as groups. When played back I get the same songs twice. I can’t see how to stop Sonos doing this nor can I see how to just delete the rogue groups.

Although it is not very clear to me from your description, I would suggest you to reach out to our Support Team and request a remote session from the agent who’ll answer your call.
It will be easier for them to understand what you experience and live troubleshoot in order to resolve your Music Library issues.
