When I change radio stations the Sonos screen does not change to the new station. Tonight, several hours ago, I was playing BBC Radio 4, I then switched to Radio 3, then BBCScotland, then Radio Swiss Classic, then MDR Rundfunk. However, the screen still tells me I’m playing BBC Radio 4 !!!

Dear Sonos reps, were you aware of this, or am I first in line?

That suggests a disconnect between your speakers, and the controller app where they report what they’re playing. Have you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it?

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
