Hi Guys, a recent Sonos update seems to have stopped one of our Android tablets from running. I have factory reset the tablet and re-installed the Sonos App but it still doesn't. Any ideas how to get it working again? Many thanks!

Hi there, Oakleigh School. Thanks for the post and welcome to the Community. Mind giving us a little more detail about the Android tablets? Specifically, what happens when you launch the Sonos app? Do you receive any error messages? How is Sonos integrated into your local network? Are any plugged into the main router?
Hi Keith, thanks for replying. We have two Acer Iconia B1-750 tablets running Android v4.4.4. Both were working fine until recently. Now both load the Sonos app but then freeze with a circular loading icon when trying to access a room. We have 2 x Play:3, 2 x Play:1, 1 x Connect:Amp, 1 x Connect and 4 x Boost. We use use the Boosts as we found once we had more than one Sonos unit we ran into problems with connectivity. The Boosts have resolved this as they run on their own network over the top of ours. We have no problems with our Windows PC's or even the older iPad 2s - it's just the Acer tablets that have stopped working which points to a Sonos update causing the problem as the Android hasn't changed.
