sonos app not working on iphone

Hi, My sonos app was not working. I re-entered spotify and installed the latest update on my iphone and it is still not working:

Reboot your router first, afterwards you Sonos units. If this does not help provide a screenshot of 'Sonos app --> Settings --> About My Sonos System'.
