I think you’re saying that the Sonos App is a gateway, or entry point, to services, products, or information. Providing users with access to features and some business resources.
Then what …?
If I were to guess from the cryptic post made, the OP is complaining about Sonos advertisements in the Sonos controller. They haven’t likely gone to their account at www.sonos.com, and selected the contact preferences under their account / profile page. I’ve got mine turned off, but I’ve never seen Sonos push any products that aren’t their own, so the whole ‘commercial portal’ aspect has me a bit confused.
