I recently experienced the blank screen issue of the Sonos app (Windows 10 - 64bits). In this community I read a suggestion to uninstall the Intel graphics driver, but there may be an easier solution.

At the bottom of the display settings window you will find graphics settings. Here you can set your preferences by app. I selected the Sonos.exe and assigned it another graphics driver. Without any restart I opened the Sonos app and it worked!
