Snooze request every time

Every time i open the Sonos phone app i get reminded that the snooze alerts are off, If I want to turn them on. How can I get rid of this?

I have the same exact question! I can't figure it out. This never happened before until I set an alarm once. I went back and turned off the alarm and deleted the alarm setting but the notification still pops up EVERY time.

I'd recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of replicating this issue, and either post the number here, or contact Sonos to discuss it. There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
