Try the Desktop app and see if the 31 channel limit hits it too. If it does, this is a Sirius problem, if it does not, its a bug in Sonos mobile, which wouldn’t be the first time.

I was in the Desktop app yesterday, and the Live Channels listing is indeed truncated.  So, a Sirius problem, as I stated.

And @DRegan00, yes not to make it a fight on the internet, but I would never expect any first line phone support staff to know what the current bug list is, nor who is supposed to fix it.  Not an optimum way of doing things, but a caller trusting phone support staff level “knowledge” of things only known to an Engineering staff is an exercise in futility.

And in case you didn’t know, @controlav has years of experience in interfacing with Sonos on a programmatic level, and if they say its a SiriusXM problem, it’s a SiriusXM problem.

I will stand corrected and issue apologies. I have always had good success with Sonos support and had no reason to believe they was being intentionally or unintentionally mislead by them about the source of the issue. I was just in the desktop app on two browsers on and Android and iOS device and the SiriusXM is indeed cut off.

In my case this is just the icing on the cake issue for others that have been unresolved for months. Again with both Sonos and Sirius blaming each other. Being primarially an Android user I wish it was as easy as just using the AirPlay function.

Excuse my frustration. But the lack of (apparent) somebody wanting or able to fix this for consumers who have spent considerable resources into this system.

Thank you for the suggestions. Appreciate your time.

No problem.  It is not intuitive as to who is to blame without knowing the underlying architecture.  As far as one blaming the other is concerned, as I stated first line support staff almost always get it wrong.  I always ignore anything support says unless on the very rare occasion I get to speak to 2nd tier or Engineering level staff.  That goes for both Sonos and SiriusXM support.  Outside of the scripts they use, they really don’t know much (nor should they, given their role).  That’s not a critique, just a fact.

Yep.  I checked today and mine still lists only 2-31.  Luckily I know how to search for Chill and XMU.

Unfortunately seeing the same thing 2-31.  Never noticed it as I only looked at my favourites.
