I have a Sonos One Gen 2 which was working OK with my android phone for about 9 months. I now have a new phone and cannot set it up. I have tried rebooting the router, reinstalling the app, factory resetting the Sonos. A recommended solution was to rename the 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels on the router. I don't want to do this as our other many applications around the house would need to be updated too. The router has not changed and was working fine with Sonos before. Any help on this issue? And finally, I listed to audiobooks from BorrowBox and cannot find anyway to do this with the Sonos.

Don’t think they are interested according to this old response. They didn’t even mention themselves attempting to influence Sonos. Pity. I love both products. Would make a great listening experience.
