Server Error -Music Library

My Sonos system works fine, except for accessing my Music Library located on my MacBook. All the songs, artists, playlists etc. form my library are displayed on Sonos, but when attempting to play a song from the library, keep getting “….can’t find server…. error”. Have tried numerous fixes over time without success. Any suggestions. Thank you.

Hi @Tom Va, welcome to the Community!

There could be a few reasons that your music library isn’t able to play, such as a name resolution failure, the service isn’t running, or general permission issues.

It would be best to reach out to our support team to discuss and troubleshoot, as they have the tools necessary to help resolve this issue.

I hope this helps!
