Samsung QE65QN95A - Arc - On Screen Volume Display

Hi,

I’ve recently upgraded my TV from a Samsung UE65KS9000 to a Samsung QE65QN95A.  

While my old TV allowed me to discreetly turn up the audio using my Sky Q controller - it never showed the awful OSD for the volume Samsung have, the new one does it regardless.

Does anyone know of a way to turn the volume of the arc up without activating the OSD?  Even if I use the Sonos App the OSD displays.  I wish Samsung gave you the option to disable this!  

Any suggestions\help would be appreciated.

According to this discussion on Samsung’s community forum, it doesn’t look like there is a way to turn off the volume display, but someone does mention using a Harmony remote with some success:
