Using the S2 app on Win11, I don’t see any mechanism for doing basic care and feeding of my Sonos system. All I see is essentially a glorified music player.
In particular, I would like to control the balance, but cannot find a control to do that.

+18It is not even a music player - even for music it is just a remote for the system, that does all the work.
Can only talk about S1 but for that version
Manage > settings> EQ Settings > (select room)
For rooms that have a stereo pair a balance slider will appear.

+24The Sonos Desktop app had many features removed, several years ago.
My Windows app (see profile) lets you edit the balance, click the Music icon next to the volume control.
