Was there another update last night? My 8 am alarm started, but no music in Office. Checked the app, Office had been ungrouped. This happens every time there’s an update.

Any Sonos update wil make the speakers do a reboot. Any reboot wil ungroup groups.

You could disable automatic updates. Any app updates will go through (unless you also disable those in the relevant app store) but you can then bring the system into line wen you choose.
