I've managed to delete each song from an unwanted playlist, but the 'shell' with the title remains. How do I remove it entirely?

Might depend on type of controller, but on my Android you have to touch the three dots next to 'Sonos Playlists" at the top of the playlist screen, select 'Edit Playlists' then hit the cross next to the one you want to delete.

Ahhh, thanks! Just like removing a song. It was so obvious when I looked again.
