Beyond the subject line, the email says “Check the Sonos app for an exclusive offer.“

I opened the app and no offers were visible. I then went to the Settings page of the app and clicked on “Inbox & More -- Messages and special offers” and there is nothing there.

This is the problem with being so coy in the email -- I don’t even know if I should care that this isn’t working for me, because I don’t know what the offer is.

I wonder if it’s the same offer I had the other day, that said I could purchase a new Sonos Arc complete home theatre surround sound system with two Subs for just $1.00 ..?

…and just as I received it, the Wife shook me awake and said I had to get up and go out to work. 😂 ha ha

edit: My Sonos profile is flagged to receive all offers/emails etc; but nothing received here either (so far).

Same experience here. I just went to the Sonos website and saw where the Roam SL was released.


Close and re-open the Sonos app. You’ll see a pop-up ad for the Roam SL:
